Worked on a dress today!



And also sewed all the squares together for JJ's quilt!

I have more projects to work on, good thing there is tomorrow!

Yay!

My new book Sew U Home Stretch by Wendy Mullin came today! I bought it here for $6 the other day. Because I clearly do not have enough projects started in my life...

But the very lovely and talented Missy Ballance has gifted me a bunch of new knit fabric and I am ready to wear some new clothing. :)

This weekend can't come fast enough!!

Cross stitching seems like it can get boring...



Sometimes I need some boring repetition in my life. Like when Ryan and Baby are napping. I put a little Modern Family on and stitch count stitch count.

Saturday Shopping

I usually shop on Saturdays because Ryan works. This can be dangerous. But today it wasn't. I went to JoAnn's and sat around for like 3 hours. :) Lucky for me Simplicity patterns were $1 apiece. I have wanted that Built By Wendy pants pattern forever! Woo Hoo new Courderoys here I come! I mean next Saturday when maybe I can afford new fabric...



I also got some new fabric on sale to make a shirt.

And some pink fabrics for a cutie pie little girl's puppy scarf.



Also, I picked out a hoop to work on my new Zombie cross stitching! I have a few projects in mind, for a few great peeps. My brother has a baby on the way you know...



All in all a very fun day!

Pierogis!

MMM we had homemade pierogis last night! I used potatoes, sour cream, chives, cheese and butter. I have no idea what amounts of anything and then I wrapped them in won ton wrappers and fried them in a little butter. Then we ate them with sour cream.



Worst meal ever for you, and total comfort food. and we loved every moment of it :)

Baby didn't get any so I think she was mad.



Now I can never have any more calories ever.

So I bet you think I haven't been doing anything. Oh, but I have.

This weekend I worked a little on my little sister's baby's blanket



and I cut out some scarves...



All the while, my lazy, blurry boyfriend and dog(they couldn't be bothered to be photographed in focus) sat and watched a baseball game.



Well, I am lying a little. I was only productive Sunday night. Most of the other time I have been watching movies and playing games and readingThe first Gunslinger book by Stephen King. And ordering the second one online.

This week I vow to be more productive and to work out a million times more. and to find my Pilates video that has seemed to wander out of my house.
