42 This weekend was so productive!

I worked so hard today on my dress and other projects, and I am still going. But here is a little bit of how my day went today

41 OMG I love shopping

So I went out and shopped and shopped and shopped some more this weekend. Well Saturday at least when Ryan was at work. Today we just lazed about in the beautiful sunshine and enjoyed California.



But yesterday, oh yesterday was a consuming day. Groceries, a dress, tights, TONS of fabric for projects and other fun pressies for my bro and his wife for their upcoming birthdays! I am so excited about everything I got! I always love some time to wander around aimlessly and shop shop shop! I also hate that about myself. I do credit myself with the fact that most of my aimlessness is spent in craft and fabric stores dreaming of lovely things to be :)

Tonight and tomorrow I am going to work on the lovely things I have on hand and see where they take me!

Today I had the best pizza in the world. It was Little Star and it was deep dish and beautiful and I am in a pizza coma. I washed it down with a champagne cocktail that was ginger beer and champagne. MMM I am happy though, because we walked to the restaurant and home, so hopefully that helps with my big booty. Next time you are in town, if you like pizza, get me to take you there. You will not regret it.

I am really excited about this weekend. I have good plans of sewing and fabric shopping and fairy conceptualizing. It always makes me much happier when I know that I have an extra day off to sleep in.

38 Dark WIP

They're coming along nicely...even if the picture is a little dark.

Today I decided that I want my own ice cream maker. and a charcoal grill. This summer all I want to do is grill veggies and make ice cream while relaxing.

I don't relax enough, I don't think. I am only stress free when I am crafting or drawing or snuggling.

This weekend I get paid, so it should be nice. I think that little grill and some fabric are going to be on the list of things to purchase. I need a dress, a snuggly fleece jacket and some grilled zuccini and baked potatoes. mmmmm

36 ooops skipped a couple days

Sorry, I am on an itchy allergy filled journey :) filled with claritin and all that comes along with that joyousness...



I do have a couple of pics that make no sense from the weekend. Saturday I went to the Maker Faire with the Museum of Craft and Folk art girls and had a bunch of fun. Up there is Betsy doing a craft!



And that is a weird skeleton sculpture with a bike drawn carriage.
